No, we are not directly connected to the insurance companies, it is always best to call your insurance company and find out what your policy covers. We are not able to discuss this with them on the phone, due to the Personal Health Information Act, they are not allowed to give us your information, and so you will be able to learn what is covered where we cannot. It is also important to remember that even if they say they cover 100% of the fees, they may not use a current fee guide and there may still be a portion that you will need to cover. In fact, almost all plans only cover a portion of the current BC Dental Association Fee Guide.
